Sending emails
Enterprise MessageSuite can be configured to enable users to send emails with attachments to external email ids using the SMTP Server in the package. Outgoing mails will bear admin specified POP3 email ids as the 'reply to' address.

Receiving emails
POP3 email ids are provided for users identified by the organization through the enterprise's website. These POP3 ids are linked to the network user id so that all incoming mails are directed to the network user id and managed through the communication suite itself. All other external emails that are sent to common POP3 ids are directed to a postman at each location, who then directs the mails to the concerned users in the network. All emails and attachments are scanned for viruses. If a virus is found, the message / file is quarantined and the user is informed. (Receiving emails through the Enterprise MessageSuite is not advised, as 100 % protection against viruses cannot be assured.)
